The use of the municipal viewers is also governed by the Terms and Conditions.

The urban planning and cartographic information shown by the viewers comes from municipal urban plans and public sources (the Directorate General for the Cadastre, the Junta de Andalucía, the Provincial Council of Almería, the National Geographic Institute and others), and belongs to its respective owners. The municipal coats of arms are the property of each Town Council.

Prohibition: the reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, storage or use of the content of the website without prior and express authorization is not permitted.

The Inventario Municipal and Visor Urbanismo platforms, their source code, architecture, design, features and documentation are the intellectual property of the owner and trade secrets, protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act) and Law 1/2019, of February 20, on Trade Secrets.
